Our sincere thanks to Esther and her staff at F. D. Hall & Son Ltd funeral directors, and to Andrew Doney for officiating, organist Mrs Vivien Trewin, Mrs Mary Budge for reading the eulogy and Mrs Barbara Sleep for the church flowers. Also the bearers Mr Andrew Provis, Mr Kevin Yeo, Mr Mathew Pedrick, Mr Paul Rice, Mr Ross Smith and Mr Martin Budge.
